The Harry L. Coomes Recreation Center, commonly called The Rec, is the Abingdon community recreation facility. The Rec offers indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor walking track, weight rooms, cardiovascular rooms, indoor gymnasium, and more! Regardless of how you choose to get active - The Rec has something for you!
